Terms of Service

この利用規約は、株式会社カネマル（以下「当社」）のカネマル業務アプリ（以下「このアプリ」）の使い方を決めるものです。

These terms govern the use of Kanemaru Business App ("the app") provided by Kanemaru Inc. ("we").

  1. 1. 使える人Who may use the app

    このアプリを使えるのは、当社の社員と、当社が登録した協力会社の人だけです。ログインの ID・パスワードをほかの人に渡してはいけません。
    Only our employees and partner staff we register may use this app. Do not share your sign-in ID or password with anyone.

  2. 2. YouTube の機能YouTube features

    このアプリは YouTube API Services を使っています。YouTube の機能を使う人は YouTube の利用規約 に従ってください。情報の扱いは プライバシーポリシー と Google プライバシーポリシー のとおりです。
    This app uses YouTube API Services. Users of the YouTube features must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service. Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

  3. 3. してはいけないことProhibited conduct

    仕事以外の目的で使うこと、お客様や取引先の情報を外に出すこと、ほかの人のアカウントを使うこと、アプリや外のサービスのしくみを壊したり、決まりをすり抜けたりすること、法令や外のサービスの規約に反することは禁止です。
    You may not use the app for non-business purposes, disclose customer or partner information, use another person's account, interfere with or circumvent the app or connected services, or violate laws or the terms of connected services.

  4. 4. 免責Disclaimer

    当社は、外のサービス（YouTube・Google・Meta など）の止まり・変更によって起きたことについて、責任を負わない場合があります。
    We may not be responsible for issues caused by outages or changes of connected services such as YouTube, Google or Meta.

  5. 5. 変更Changes

    内容を変えるときは、このページを新しくします。
    If we change these terms, we will update this page.
