Privacy Policy

株式会社カネマル（以下「当社」）は、カネマル業務アプリ（以下「このアプリ」）で扱う情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。

Kanemaru Inc. ("we") handles information in Kanemaru Business App ("the app") as follows.

  2. 2. このアプリについてAbout this app

    カネマル業務アプリは、当社の社員と、当社が登録した協力会社の人だけが使う社内の業務アプリです。ログインした人だけが使え、一般の方には公開していません。
    Kanemaru Business App is an internal business application used only by our employees and partner staff we register. Only signed-in users can use it; it is not available to the public.

  3. 3. YouTube API Services の利用Use of YouTube API Services

    このアプリは YouTube API Services を使っています。YouTube の機能を使うとき、利用者は YouTube の利用規約 に同意したものとみなされます。Google によるデータの扱いは Google プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
    This app uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. For how Google handles data, see the Google Privacy Policy.

  4. 4. YouTube から使う情報Information we access from YouTube

    当社が許可したチャンネルの名前とチャンネル ID、当社がこのアプリから上げた動画の公開の状態（非公開・公開）だけです。ほかの人のチャンネル・動画・コメント、動画を見た人の情報は読みません。
    Only the name and ID of the channel we authorize, and the privacy status (private/public) of videos we upload from this app. We do not access other users' channels, videos or comments, and we do not collect viewer data.

  5. 5. 使い道How we use the information

    自社の施工事例の動画を、自社の YouTube チャンネルに非公開で上げ、社員がアプリの中で中身を確かめて OK を押したときだけ、その動画を公開に切り替えるために使います。動画を消す処理はありません。
    To upload our own construction case-study videos to our own YouTube channel as private, and to switch a video to public only after a staff member reviews it in the app and approves it. The app has no function to delete videos.

  6. 6. 保存と共有Storage and sharing

    YouTube につなぐための合鍵（OAuth のトークン）は暗号化して保存し、つなぐ・外すことができるのは当社の代表だけです。動画のファイルはこのアプリには保存しません。YouTube から得た情報を、ほかの会社や人と共有したり、売ったりすることはありません。
    The OAuth token used to connect to YouTube is stored encrypted, and only our company representative can connect or disconnect it. Video files are not stored in this app. We do not share or sell information obtained from YouTube to any third party.

  7. 7. 取り消しと削除Revoking access and deleting data

    アプリの設定で「外す」を押すと、保存した合鍵を消し、Google での許可も取り消します。Google アカウントの 権限のページ からも、いつでも取り消せます。保存した情報を消してほしいときは、下の問い合わせ先にご連絡ください。
    Pressing "Disconnect" in the app settings deletes the stored token and revokes the authorization on Google. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of stored data, contact us below.

  8. 8. ほかのつなぎOther connections

    Google ビジネスプロフィール（Google マップ）と Meta（Facebook・Instagram）にも、自社のお店・ページの投稿と口コミ・メッセージの返事のためだけにつないでいます。考え方は YouTube と同じで、合鍵は暗号化して保存し、ほかに共有しません。
    We also connect to Google Business Profile (Google Maps) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) only to post to our own business locations and pages and to reply to reviews and messages. The same principles apply: tokens are stored encrypted and are not shared.

    内容を変えるときは、このページを新しくします。
